Terms

Forge Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Cybrary Forge. They supplement your Cybrary agreement; if they conflict, your signed agreement controls.

Version 1.0 · Effective October 4, 2026

Who you contract with

Forge is a product of Cybrary, Inc.. These Forge Terms of Use supplement your Cybrary agreement; if they conflict, your signed agreement controls. Order of precedence: your signed Cybrary agreement, then any product addendum, then these terms, then policies.

Eligibility and age

Forge is for professional and educational use by people authorized by their organization. It is not directed to children under 13. Your organization is responsible for authorizing any user under 18 and for any parental or school consent its law requires.

Accounts

Sign-in is by invitation from your organization or Cybrary. You are responsible for your account's security and for activity under it.

License and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Forge for internal business and educational purposes. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except as law permits.

Acceptable use

You may not attack, scan or disrupt systems you do not own or lack written permission to test; share accounts; circumvent scope, rate or access controls; or post illegal content. Forge labs are simulations: nothing real executes, and the few read-only public lookups Forge makes are fixed and allowlisted — scanning real third parties from Forge is prohibited.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create (writeups, labs, chat). You grant Cybrary a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for your content; we may remove content that violates these terms, and notices go to legal@cybrary.it.

AI features

AI features process the content you give them through third-party model providers to return a result. Model output may be wrong; a person always applies and saves. Slack and Teams content is never used to train any model.

Fees and term

Fees, renewal and termination follow your Cybrary agreement. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Forge is provided as is. Lab simulations are training aids; we do not warrant that a simulation matches any real system. To the extent law allows, liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months, and each party indemnifies the other as set out in the Cybrary agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Minnesota law, with exclusive venue in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless your signed agreement says otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms with notice; the version and effective date above show the current text. Questions: support@cybrary.it. Legal notices: legal@cybrary.it.
