Forge Crisis Sim · AI-native

Rehearse the calls. Explain the reasons. Fix what you find.

Leaders and incident leads work a timed ransomware crisis together. Every decision records why it was made, who owns it and what would change it, and the debrief turns that into an improvement list.

Scenario time and real time side by side; each decision shapes what comes next.

How it works
  1. 01
    Prepare

A pre-brief and a private role brief for each seat before the clock starts.

  2. 02
    Rehearse

Injects arrive on a clock the host can pause; people rejoin if they drop.

  3. 03
    Explain decisions

Each call records the reason, the evidence used, an owner and a revisit condition.

  4. 04
    Debrief

A PDF report of the timeline, the reasons and what each choice led to.

  5. 05
    Assign improvements

Owners and follow-ups are collected into one action list to re-exercise against.

Facilitator replay: every seat and decision on one timeline.

AI in the workflow

Only what the team has earned to see

Participants see facts once they are revealed; later injects and facilitator notes stay off their screens. Access is invite-only, with expiring codes and a deputy host.

Runnable procedures

Change a procedure, rehearse it, keep the result as evidence

Your incident procedure becomes roles, ordered steps, what each seat may do and who must approve. Every new version is flagged for a Crisis Sim rehearsal, each step is scored on time, late, skipped or missing its approval, and readiness is tracked version by version.

Readiness by procedure version: 36% on version 1, 93% on version 2

For leaders

Is our plan getting better?

  • Readiness per procedure version, with the change that moved it
  • A dated record of every rehearsal to share with the board
  • See which approvals slow the response before a real incident does
The procedure checklist inside a Crisis Sim room: all seven steps done, the room minute each landed, and approvals

For responders

What do I do, and when?

  • Your steps, your seat and the minute each one is due
  • Exactly what you're allowed to do, and who has to sign off
  • Rehearse the version you'll actually use, not last year's
A recorded rehearsal: four seats in one Crisis Sim room tick their steps and sign off, and the run scores 93%.
One seat's view in the room: only the Operations steps, with every other seat's progress folded away
Each seat sees only its own steps and the room clock.
  1. 1. Write or paste

Build steps by hand, or paste your runbook and Forge AI proposes them. A person approves.

  2. 2. New version

Every change is a new version with a step-by-step diff, and admins are told a rehearsal is due.

  3. 3. Rehearse

Link a Crisis Sim room: each seat ticks its own steps on the room clock and approvers sign off in the room.

  4. 4. Score

On time, late, skipped or missing approval — scored the same way every time, no AI in the score.

  5. 5. Evidence

Readiness per version, so you can see whether the change helped.

  • Roles, permissions and approvals on every step
  • Versioned, with a diff of what changed
  • Rehearsal flagged on every new version
  • Deterministic step scoring — no AI in the score
  • Readiness trend across versions
  • AI only drafts; a person approves

Rehearsed in Crisis Sim: your team plays the run, and each step of the procedure is ticked and scored.

Rehearsal results come from an emulated exercise. They show readiness, not proof of a real-world response.
